We must send a higher tranzaction fee in order to be processed by the network.

Well,here is where this software intervine.

The software will scan the tranzactions in real time from blockchain and when itfind a tranzaction with higher fee,it will take that surplus fee and stored into a disposable bitcoin address.

When the software is done you will be able to withdraw that bitcoins to your personal bitcoin wallet.
